Lenta Business Centres has acquired Waterloo House, 207 Waterloo Road, SE1 8XD. The building is situated on the east side of Waterloo Road at its junction with Webber Road. The Business Centre is located approximately five minutes walk from Waterloo International mainline and underground stations. Several bus routes also pass near the building.

The new property is Hyde Park House and is located in Manfred Road, Putney. It provides office accommodation over three floors. Both Putney and Wandsworth town centres are less than a mile away and East Putney underground Station is within five minutes walk of the building.
