"Our business has been based at Tokenhouse for the last 6 years. The building is clean and well maintained, and the common spaces such as the kitchens, the breakout room and the new gym are welcome bonuses. There are a number of meeting rooms which can be hired, all of which are well furnished and create good environments for business meetings. A number of our clients have commented very positively about these rooms. The Lenta staff are helpful and, on the odd occasion where there has been a problem, they have worked very hard to resolve it. They answer our telephone line in a professional manner and manage to come across as both friendly and business-like when meeting and greeting our clients.
Sonia, Pretti and Natalie make a big effort to create an environment which is friendly, and where the businesses in the building have the opportunity to network with each other. There is always a party at Christmas, regular drinks and nibbles evenings to celebrate sporting events or things like Halloween, and they even on occasion bring a tray of cakes or sweets round to each office! We have worked in serviced offices in the past and generally they have been badly staffed, with high turnover and dreadful service. The standards at Tokenhouse have generally been very good and the Lenta staff very reliable."
